Delivery times, as stated by the carrier, are in the 85% of the shipments:
- EUROPE: 3 working days
- MEDITERRANEAN AREA: 4/5 working days
- NORTH AMERICA: 5/6 working days
- REST OF AMERICA, ASIA, OCEANIA: 7/8 working days
- AFRICA: 8/9 working days
All the delivery times are calculated starting from the day after the shipping confirmation.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
If your item hasn't arrived in the expected time, please wait 3-5 more days. If your package hasn't arrived yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
1. Please make sure to receive undamaged packages only. If necessary, open the package in the presence of the postman. Do not in any case accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened box or similar) since by doing this you implicitly confirm the reception of damaged items.
2. If your item has been received damaged, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have it replaced. Please explain the situation as much as you can and, if applicable, attach pictures of the damage and the envelope. Damaged items will still be shipped again free of charge.
RETURNED / UNWANTED ITEMS
1. If you want to return an unwanted item, please get in contact with us first at email@example.com and let us know if you want to be refunded or if you prefer to receive a different item. Make sure to provide the right postage or we'll have to subtract it from your refund credit!
2. There is no free shipping on returned items. Please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to calculate your new shipping costs.
3. Please pack your return well. We will not refund you for items that get damaged or lost on the way.
4. We only take back sealed items. By opening the seal, you give up your right to return the unwanted good.
